Job summary

Venture Global LNG in Arlington, VA is seeking a Senior Specialist, Production Measurement to ensure measurement systems operate with maximum accuracy and accountability across pipelines and plant operations. The role focuses on LAUF mitigation to safeguard custody transfer accuracy and commercial integrity.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in gas or LNG measurement, with Flow-X experience, API MPMS knowledge, and strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of LNG measurement and custody transfer experience.
• Working knowledge of API MPMS, AGA, and GPA standards.
• Minimum 5 years with flow computers and historian systems.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and reconciliation tools.
• Experience with SQL or Python is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly mass and energy balance analyses.
• Track and report losses and LAUF across sites.
• Develop loss-tracking dashboards and performance reports.
• Identify trends and root causes of variances.
• Validate calibration data and flow computer configurations.
• Coordinate corrective actions with operations teams.
