Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of Florida title examination experience.
• Experience reviewing title commitments and Florida real property records.
• Quality control, auditing, or senior title examiner experience preferred.
• Florida Title Agent License preferred but not required.
• Certified Title Insurance Professional (CTIP) designation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control reviews of title searches, commitments, reports, and examinations.
• Verify ownership, vesting, legal descriptions, liens, judgments, easements, and encumbrances.
• Review title commitments for accuracy of requirements, exceptions, and conditions.
• Ensure compliance with Florida title insurance regulations and guidelines.
• Identify and document errors, omissions, or inconsistencies and recommend corrective action.
• Analyze chains of title and recorded documents affecting ownership and marketability.
• Assist examiners and closing teams in resolving complex title issues.
