Allied Solutions, LLC is seeking a Flood Team Lead to oversee complex flood insurance compliance cases, mentor junior staff, and contribute to strategic initiatives within the flood operations team. The role requires expert NFIP and private flood policy knowledge, strong communication, and a track record of process improvements and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of flood insurance operations experience.
• 5-7 years of leadership experience.
• Proven expertise in NFIP and private flood policy review and regulatory interpretation.
• Experience mentoring or leading teams in a flood operations environment.
• Excellent communication skills with experience managing agent and lender relationships.
• CFM certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complex Flood Insurance Oversight – review and resolve escalated cases and ensure NFIP and lender standards compliance.
• Team Leadership & Mentoring – guide Flood Specialists I and II, lead trainings, onboard new staff.
• Lender Relationship Management – maintain relationships with insurance agents and lender partners, coordinate documentation.
• Compliance Strategy & Audit Support – lead audits, monitor regulatory changes, update procedures.
• Process Improvement & Other Duties Assigned – identify inefficiencies, contribute to SOPs and system enhancements.
