Selective Insurance seeks a detail‑oriented professional to assist agents and insureds with underwriting, endorsements, billing, and policy issuance. You will handle FNOL, collections, cancellations, and non‑money transactions while ensuring FEMA guidelines and internal standards are followed.

The role emphasizes collaboration with underwriting teams, training for CSRs, process improvements, and participation in workflow automation.

Responsabilidades

• Assist agents and insureds with underwriting, endorsements, cancellations, and documentation to issue policies.
• Handle communications via phone, email, and fax per standards and FEMA guidelines.
• Answer questions on billing, underwriting, and claims; seek information from management as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of FEMA rules and processing standards; identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with underwriting to enhance agency experience and retention; train CSRs as needed.
• Participate in automation enhancements and testing of new workflows.
• Be the expert on claim questions and assist CSR team with claims-related queries.
