Flagship Communities REIT is seeking a Sr. Floating Property Manager to oversee Manufactured Housing Community assets in Illinois.

The role requires 4–7 years in multi-family property management and a strong focus on resident relations, leasing, and daily operations across multiple locations. You will manage leasing of homes and lots, drive tenant retention, coordinate maintenance, and ensure exceptional customer service.

• Experience in multi-family property management is required.

Responsibilities

• Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies and showing units.
• Manages leasing of homes and lots and daily operations across locations.
• Maintains property by addressing tenant concerns and scheduling repairs.
• Monitors finances: rents, bills, and budgeting; prepares reports.
• Ensures security and compliance with occupancy rules.
