Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain test artifacts (plans, procedures, reports) per requirements
• Lead program-level test strategy, scheduling, risk identification, and resources
• Execute developmental, qualification, and flight test activities for mission systems and avionics
• Operate RF and electronic test equipment (spectrum/network analyzers, meters, DAQ)
• Lead integration tests, subsystem checkouts, and end-to-end verification
• Lead test anomaly investigations and root-cause analyses
• Coordinate TRRs/FRRs and post-test data analysis
• Collaborate with systems engineering, avionics, software, PM and QA for aligned tests
• Mentor junior engineers and support personnel
• Ensure compliance with MIL-STD, DO-160, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461 (preferred)
