• Lead ground and flight test and evaluation activities for AFRL programs.
• Apply systems thinking and program management techniques to test planning.
• Provide mentoring, coaching and team training.
• Develop and implement test design, tactics, procedures and risk assessment for various tests.
• Advise on T&E policies and ensure adherence to regulations.
