Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering or computation field with extensive professional software experience.
• Experience with space processing architecture including micro-controllers, processors, SoC and GPUs.
• Strong knowledge of embedded systems, OS RTOS and programming languages (C, C++, Python, Bash).
• Experience with git-based source control and CI/CD systems.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Podman and Docker.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex applications and algorithms for embedded processing systems across MCU, processor, GPU, and SoC devices.
• Maintain code and CI/CD pipeline practices for build, test, and deployment of software.
• Participate in design reviews, code inspections, and integration testing with hardware and software teams.
• Support qualification and certification activities for flight software with documentation and audits.
• Deliver clear written and verbal communications to multidisciplinary audiences.
• Interface with hardware designers, scientists, and development engineers.
• Monitor software trends and assess third-party/open-source software for use.
• Support proposal writing and technical information for new business.
