Job summary

Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking an Experienced Flight Dispatcher to join our Flight Operations team in North Charleston, SC.

Responsibilities include preparing flight plans, coordinating crew qualifications, monitoring weather and NOTAMs, and supporting mission planning with pilots and customer teams. The role requires a dispatch or pilot license and 3+ years in airline ops, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Dispatch license or pilot license or instrument rating required.
• 3+ years’ experience in flight operations or dispatch.
• Experience with flight planning software tools.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, file, and monitor domestic & international flight plans and related paperwork.
• Coordinate crew assignments, currency checks, and training to ensure compliance.
• Monitor weather, NOTAMs, airspace constraints, and provide briefings.
• Support aircraft ferry, delivery, and customer missions with planning packages.
• Communicate with pilots, operations, customers, and airport officials.
• Handle day-of-operations support and contingency coordination.
• Maintain records in Flight Operations systems and dispatch tools.
• Participate in SOP updates and cross-training programs.
• Work off-hours, weekends, and travel as required.
