Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Flexographic Press Operator for the 2nd shift in Mukilteo, WA. The role requires a minimum of five years on flexographic presses and strongly prefers experience with the Mark Andy Performance Series P7. This position offers a 4-day work week and a chance to contribute to high-quality print production.

You will set up, operate, and troubleshoot presses, perform changeovers, mount plates, and ensure color accuracy while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of flexographic press operating experience.
• Mark Andy P7 experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to independently set up, operate, and troubleshoot a press.
• Experience with color matching, registration, plate mounting, and die cutting.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate flexographic printing presses.
• Complete press changeovers and job setups.
• Mount plates and install dies, inks, and other materials.
• Mix and adjust inks and monitor color consistency.
• Make press adjustments to maintain print quality.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot press and print-quality issues.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic press maintenance.
• Complete production and quality documentation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
