Qualifications

• Experience with cold foils, hot stamp dies, rotary screens, and tactile varnishes.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a Nilpeter flexographic printing press to meet quality standards.
• Monitor print quality and adjust as needed to maintain efficiency.
• Manage materials and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth production flow.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, KAIZEN, and continuous improvement efforts.
