gpac is seeking an experienced Flexographic Press Operator for a 2nd shift in Washington. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of flexographic printing experience and may have Mark Andy P7 expertise.

This role features a 4-day work week with opportunities to set up, operate, and troubleshoot presses while ensuring color accuracy and quality across jobs. Responsibilities include press setup, changeovers, plate mounting, ink mixing, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of flexographic press operating experience.
• Mark Andy P7 experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with color matching and registration.
• Ability to mount plates and install dies, inks, and other materials.
• Ability to read job specifications and follow production requirements.
• Strong attention to quality and detail.

Flexographic Press Operator – 2nd Shift

We are seeking an experienced Flexographic Press Operator with at least 5 years of flexographic printing experience.

Experience operating a Mark Andy Performance Series P7 is highly preferred.

This is a 2nd shift position with a 4-day work week.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate flexographic printing presses
• Complete press changeovers and job setups
• Mount plates and install dies, inks, and other materials
• Mix and adjust inks and monitor color consistency
• Make press adjustments to maintain print quality
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Troubleshoot press and print-quality issues
• Perform routine cleaning and basic press maintenance
• Complete production and quality documentation
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of flexographic printing processes
• Ability to independently set up, operate, and troubleshoot a press

• Dependable and able to work independently
