Flexographic Press Operator – Plymouth, IN

Shift premiums for 2nd & 3rd shift

2nd Shift: 4PM–2AM (4-day work week, 10-hour shifts)

Established manufacturing company in the printing industry is hiring experienced Press Operators. This is a direct hire opportunity with long-term stability, growth potential, and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate flexographic printing presses
• Monitor print quality, color consistency, and registration
• Perform press changeovers and minimize downtime
• Conduct quality checks and document production results
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform basic maintenance
• Work with laminators, slitters, and related production equipment

Requirements

• 1+ year of flexographic press operating experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read job tickets and production documents
• Knowledge of inks, substrates, and printing principles is a plus
