Job summary

Brook + Whittle, a leading North American label solutions manufacturer, is seeking a Flexo Shift Manager for its on-site operation in St Peters, MO. You will supervise press operators and bindery staff, coordinate schedules, monitor production, and drive safety, quality, and productivity targets.

You will implement continuous improvement initiatives, train and coach team members, and partner with maintenance, quality, and planning to support efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising press operators and bindery staff.
• Solid understanding of printing processes and equipment.
• Experience in label or flexo printing preferred.
• Ability to interpret job tickets and production schedules.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Supervise press operators and bindery staff on the assigned shift.
• Coordinate job schedules and monitor production processes.
• Resolve technical or workflow issues on the production floor.
• Review production output and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train and coach team members; communicate shift performance to leadership.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality and planning teams for efficient operations.
