Anagram International is seeking a Printing Lead to own and optimize a multicolor wideweb flexo press, guiding setup, operation, and quality control on night shifts. You’ll mentor Operators, assist with changeovers, and troubleshoot to keep uptime high.

You bring at least 2 years of flexographic press experience, strong mentoring ability, good color judgment, and the stamina to lift up to 75 lbs as needed. This is an in-person role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of flexographic press experience.
• Mentoring ability and leadership skills.
• Ability to read job tickets, blueprints, and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Run the press: set up, operate, and troubleshoot a multicolor flexo press.
• Dial in inks and ensure color consistency and viscosity.
• Lead by example, train helpers, and assist with changeovers.
• Perform routine maintenance and keep workspace organized.
• Model and reinforce plant safety standards.
