Job summary

PepsiCo's PBNA segment is seeking an experienced Fleet Mechanic to maintain a large North American fleet. You will perform PMs, diagnostics, and repairs on trucks, vans, and forklifts, using state-of-the-art tools and platforms.

The role emphasizes safety, continuous training, and career growth within a fast-paced environment. Expect independent work with coaching when needed, hands-on diagnostics, and advancement opportunities in a world-class equipment and training program.

Qualifications

• Experience performing PMs and repairs with minimal supervision.
• Experience using diagnostic platforms (Noregon, Snap-on, Nexiq, Altel).
• Experience with diesel engines and driveline repairs.
• Knowledge of heavy-duty truck systems (emissions, safety, brakes).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform PMs and repairs with a high degree of independence.
• Utilize diagnostics and advanced tech including PM with voice app, Noregon, Uptake, TAAS.
• Work on Pepsi’s fleet including trucks, vans, and forklifts.
• Perform engine, driveline, and emissions repairs.
• Maintain vehicle records and pre-trip checklists.
• Respond to service calls and support safety culture.
