Job summary

Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is seeking a Fleet Mechanic to maintain a large fleet, perform PMs and repairs, and diagnose issues using advanced tools. You will work with a high degree of independence while receiving coaching as needed.

Minimum requirements include tools, lifting ability up to 50 lbs, hydraulic and air brake experience, and proficiency with diagnostic platforms. Great benefits and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Own basic hand tools; diagnostic and high-tech equipment provided.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Experience with hydraulic and air brake systems.
• Experience with aftertreatment and emissions repairs on heavy trucks.
• Experience using diagnostic platforms (Noregon, Snap-on, Nexiq, Altel).
• Possess or be able to obtain CDL Class A/B and ASE certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform PMs and repairs with a high degree of independence.
• Diagnose using advanced diagnostics and repair OE equipment.
• Repair engines, driveline, emissions, and safety systems on a diverse fleet.
• Maintain vehicle records and pre-trip checklists; answer service calls.
• Support safety culture and work on one of the largest fleets in NA.
