Job summary

Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is hiring a Fleet Mechanic to maintain and repair a diverse fleet of vehicles. You will work with minimal supervision, performing PMs, diagnostics, and repairs across light and heavy equipment.

The role offers a strong training environment, safety-focused culture, and opportunities to develop technical skills with state-of-the-art tooling and systems.

Qualifications

• Mechanical knowledge of gas and diesel repair.
• Experience diagnosing vehicle failures and performing repairs.
• Willingness to operate independently with coaching as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform PMs and repairs with a high degree of independence.
• Use leading-edge tech and programs for diagnostics and maintenance.
• Work on diverse fleet equipment including autos, trucks, vans and forklifts.
• Maintain vehicle records and complete pre-trip checklists.
• Respond to service calls and support safety initiatives.
