• Ability to analyze device health data and diagnose root causes.
• Strong vendor management and cross-functional leadership with engineering/OEM partners.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end device operations and repair program execution for fleet technology platforms across the middle mile fleet, defining strategy and driving teams.
• Manage third-party vendor relationships and performance, including SLA enforcement, cost efficiency, and repair quality, in collaboration with product engineering and OEM teams.
• Analyze device health and failure data to identify root causes, implement preventive maintenance, and build reporting for proactive decisions.
• Coordinate device repair strategy across transportation networks, aligning intake, vendor relationships, and measurement standards to scale.
