Job summary

Amazon's Middle Mile is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to drive utilization of the Middle Mile Transportation network and partner with technical teams across the business.

You will own end-to-end delivery, manage multiple priorities, and report to senior leadership with clear, concise communications. The role requires a data-driven mindset, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to operate autonomously in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
• Knowledge of general AI tools.
• Experience designing and scaling upskilling/apprenticeship/workforce development programs across large-scale operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with impact across organizations.
• Develop overall program strategy and drive teams to deliver.
• Define program objectives and use data to drive improvements with measurable metrics.
• Work autonomously in ambiguous environments and resolve business problems.
• Source, allocate, and coordinate resources across teams.
• Collaborate with customers, internal/external teams, and engineering to determine project priorities.
• Oversee cross-team gaps and mitigate common failure modes.
