Modivcare is seeking a strategic Fleet Manager to lead our corporate fleet program, overseeing 150–300 vehicles, licensing, maintenance, and vendor relations. You will drive fleet strategy, optimize allocation, and ensure regulatory compliance across multi-state operations.
The ideal candidate has 6+ years in corporate fleet, strong data analysis, budgeting, and leadership experience, with a focus on reducing downtime and costs while improving safety and performance.

This position is responsible for managing and maintaining the corporate fleet program, supporting a fleet of approximately 150 to 300 passenger vehicles. The role oversees fleet strategy, maintenance, compliance, technology, vendor relationships, and operational performance to ensure the fleet safely and efficiently supports the business. The ideal candidate is an analytical, highly organized fleet professional who can operate independently, solve complex problems, manage multiple priorities, and develop practical solutions that support business objectives. They have strong experience managing corporate fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, budgets, vendors, and regulatory requirements. This role serves as both a strategic fleet leader and operational partner, working closely with Operations and other stakeholders to optimize fleet positioning and allocation, reduce downtime, improve safety, manage costs, and identify opportunities to enhance fleet effectiveness.
Salary: $65,000-$75,000 This role is bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.
