Job summary

Disney Cruise Line is seeking a Safety Ops Manager to lead fleet and private island safety operations, ensuring compliance with international rules and class requirements. The role collaborates with Safety Managers and shipboard teams to maintain safety standards across vessels and islands.

You will organize maintenance, manage riding teams, and assist with LNG/Methanol safety initiatives while maintaining documentation and coordinating with engineering operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to influence leadership with a strategic and collaborative approach.
• Self-starter, capable of coordinating with multiple partners and levels.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Safety Managers and shipboard.
• Inspects vessels and Islands periodically, verifying safety standards and compliance.
• Review and update maintenance schedules based on Ship Survey findings.
