Job summary

Princess Cruises is seeking a Manager, Dry Dock OHS and Certification to lead safety governance across dry dock projects and to coordinate ship certification activities with internal teams, classification societies, and regulatory authorities.

You will oversee safety programs, training, audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions to ensure safe operations for shipboard teams, contractors, and shoreside staff, while advancing regulatory compliance and risk reduction across the fleet.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of occupational health and safety management experience.
• Maritime or passenger shipping experience preferred.
• Experience supporting dry dock, shipyard, or major maintenance projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree or equivalent experience acceptable).
• Preferred certifications: Chief Officer Unlimited, 2nd Engineer Unlimited, or NEBOSH.

Responsibilities

• Lead dry dock safety program governance across the full project lifecycle.
• Provide safety leadership through training, audits, and incident investigations.
• Coordinate ship certification activities and modify documentation.
• Lead special safety and risk reduction projects across the fleet.
