Job summary

Gridware, a San Francisco‑based tech company, seeks a Senior Fleet Intelligence Analyst to own fleet issue detection and incident learning at the device health layer across hardware programs. You will design a tiered triage pipeline, tune detection logic, and lead cross‑functional postmortems to prevent repeats of the same issues.

You will build dashboards, set thresholds, and drive continuous improvements in triage accuracy and incident response with hardware, firmware, and connectivity teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in data‑focused or operations roles with triage or incident response.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for telemetry querying and automation.
• Experience designing prioritization and alerting in high‑signal environments.
• Strong analytical judgment and clear written communication.
• Experience leading cross‑functional postmortems with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate the fleet triage pipeline for device health issues from telemetry, field reports, and customer feedback.
• Define and tune detection logic, thresholds, and alerting rules across hardware, firmware, and connectivity data.
• Maintain a tiered triage approach (P0–P3) with SLAs and clear ownership.
• Build dashboards and queries to surface trends before incidents escalate.
• Lead end‑to‑end postmortems: timeline reconstruction, root cause analysis, action items.
• Track triage metrics and drive improvements across the pipeline.
• Document triage playbooks and runbooks to scale processes.
