Qualifications

• 10+ years of hardware or systems validation experience.
• Expertise across compute/processing hardware, vehicle controls and power, networking, or sensor hardware.
• Experience with advanced diagnostic tools to evaluate hardware performance.
• Proven track record leading triage and root-cause investigations across subsystems.
• Experience driving long-term hardware design changes with design teams.
• Experience mentoring or leading engineers and communicating findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead triage of high-severity hardware issues within the deployed fleet.
• Drive end-to-end root-cause investigations across subsystem boundaries.
• Develop novel analysis methods and lab reproduction setups to recreate field issues.
• Propose, scope, and drive long-term hardware design changes with hardware design teams.
