How You'll Make An Impact

This is a remote position anywhere in the USA. RPS is the leading wholesale and MGA broker in the transportation space, driving industry best practices and coverage options. We leverage relationships with top carriers to offer extensive limits and comprehensive coverage, helping to increase driver safety and reduce workers' compensation claims. We support building programs that monitor driver performance and facilitate smoother renewals.

The Senior Fleet Broker (Transportation) is the most senior individual contributor on the team. You will develop and maintain a network of agency and broker relationships, apply comprehensive technical knowledge within a professional field, and provide expert guidance. You will work independently to resolve complex business problems, demonstrating specialized expertise and leadership.

About You

Required: Bachelor's degree and/or 7 years of related experience, with experience in Fleet Trucking. You possess full technical knowledge of insurance products and specialty lines, with a comprehensive understanding of your lines of business.

Preferred: Professional designations such as CPCU, CIC, or ARM are a plus.
