Job summary

Gulfstream Savannah is seeking a Technical Operations Systems Specialist Sr focused on Fleet Communications. You will lead, write, and coordinate proactive fleet communications and customer-facing material across Customer Support, Field Service, and Engineering teams.

The role requires expert written communication, aviation systems knowledge, and the ability to influence stakeholders while delivering timely, accurate information to support fleet reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aviation maintenance, engineering technology, or related field.
• A&P license, EASA B1/B2 or FlightSafety Master Technician preferred, plus 4 years of related experience.
• Strong written communication and ability to translate complex technical information for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the group in the absence of the group leader.
• Mentor subordinates within the group.
• Coordinate logistics and resources to repair AOG aircraft.
• Direct actions during in-flight emergencies with cross-functional teams.
• Develop troubleshooting plans for operator/aircraft needs.
