Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale events with high attention to detail.
• Strong project management and budget oversight skills.
• Outstanding cross-functional collaboration with executives and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the full event lifecycle from planning through on-site management and post-event recap.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets across events.
• Coordinate cross-functional partners—product, communications, creative, and executives.
• Lead vendor and agency relationships (venue sourcing, A/V, production, catering, décor).
• Partner with content teams for agenda, speaker management, and session logistics.
• Oversee registration, attendee experience, and on-site staffing plans.
• Deliver executive-ready briefings, status updates, and post-event reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve event formats, attendee experience, and efficiency.
