Job summary

The Seminole Hard Rock Aviation Department seeks an experienced aviation leader to oversee all airplane operations, schedule pilots, and ensure regulatory compliance for domestic and international flights. The role reports to the Chief Pilot or designee and is an exempt position.

A strong PIC background and regulatory knowledge are essential. Responsibilities include flight planning, safety program participation, and delivering professional customer service while maintaining aircraft standards

Qualifications

• FAA ATP certificate required and valid medical clearance.
• Type rating (G-280 or G-550) advantageous.
• No FAA record that would restrict operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all airplane operations for the Aviation Department.
• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule aircrew and administrative duties.
• Ensure compliance with FAR 91/135 and ICAO regulations.
• Conduct safety oversight, flight planning, and risk assessments.

Education

FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate

First-Class Medical Certificate

G-280 or G-550 Type Rating advantageous
