Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock is seeking an experienced pilot to oversee all Airplane operations within the Aviation Department. The role includes PIC duties, coordinating flight operations, and ensuring compliance with FARs and ICAO regulations for domestic and international flights.

Candidates must hold FAA ATP, maintain a First-Class Medical, and have extensive fixed-wing and jet time. Relocation to Fort Lauderdale area or close proximity is required, with on-call availability and a strong safety

Qualifications

• FAA Airline Transport Pilot certificate required.
• First-Class Medical certificate required.
• Total fixed-wing time around 3,000 hours.
• PIC time around 1,500 hours.
• Total jet time around 1,000 hours.
• G-280 or G-550 type rating advantageous.
• Accident-free FAA record; clean history.
• Must be able to work on an on-call basis (2 hours notice).
• Residence within ~1 hour drive from FLL or willing to relocate.
• Maintain a valid passport and pass background checks.
• Able to read and follow required flight manuals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe conduct of domestic and international flights with regulatory compliance.
• Conduct Pilot in Command duties and responsibilities.
• Complete required training in simulator and actual aircraft.
• Maintain 135 PIC qualifications and readiness for 135 operations.
• Prepare/review flight plans and verify performance within tolerances.
• Review Flight Risk Assessments and apply mitigations.
• Participate in Safety Management System activities and reporting.
• Coordinate with Seminole Hard Rock Aviation Team and adhere to schedules.
