Executive Jet Management in Florida seeks a Regional Chief Pilot to lead flight standards for Part 91/135 operations, ensuring safety, compliance and service excellence across the flight department.

This senior aviation professional will oversee scheduling, training, and performance management, act as primary pilot contact for Owner Services and Sales, and collaborate to enforce GOM, FARs, OpSpecs and training standards.

Qualifications

• Airline Transport Pilot rating with PIC experience and 3,500+ hours.
• Experience managing flight departments under FAR 119/135.
• Ability to lead in a high‑risk, regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flight standards across Part 91/135 operations.
• Act as final authority for operational control and deviations.
• Ensure safety programs and regulatory compliance in daily operations.
• Serve as primary pilot contact for Owner Services and Sales.
• Develop and enforce operational policies, training, and schedules.
• Manage performance, development, and succession of pilots and staff.
