Job summary

IFG - International Financial Group is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep Fixed Income and Capital Markets experience to support Front Office Fixed Income projects. This role will partner closely with traders, business stakeholders, Product Owners, Project Managers, Technology teams, and external vendors to deliver solutions that modernize and enhance Fixed Income trading capabilities.

Qualifications

5+ years as a Business Analyst within Capital Markets.
Strong understanding of broker/dealer Fixed Income trading, including pricing, risk, RFQ, positions, inventory, clearing, settlement, and regulatory processes.

Responsibilities

Lead business analysis and delivery activities across Front Office Fixed Income projects.
Partner with traders and business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into clear business requirements.
Work with Agile development teams to define Epics, User Stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities.
Support QA, including test planning, execution, validation, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, Technology teams, and vendors to drive successful delivery.
Track and communicate project progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
Identify opportunities to improve trading processes and platforms while ensuring clear business value.
Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders and operate independently across multiple workstreams.
Leverage AI and productivity tools to improve efficiency and accelerate delivery.
