Job summary

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in BA, strong communication and facilitation skills, and hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio and large datasets. Hybrid working arrangements are supported.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trading and settlement life cycle for fixed income products.
• Experience handling large data sets.
• 5+ years dedicated BA experience on Agile, Lean and Waterfall projects.
• Experience delivering an SDLC from ideation to BAU.
• Deep understanding of BA fundamentals.
• Experience gathering stakeholder needs and translating to detailed requirements.
• Experience with business process modelling using Visio or similar tools.
• Experience using Atlassian tool suite (JIRA/Confluence).

Responsibilities

• Lead gap analysis from As-Is to To-Be state with stakeholders.
• Elicit, prepare and articulate business requirements (epics, features, user stories).
• Define transitions of processes to strategic state with interim states.
• Map data flows and lifecycle events to manage transitions.
• Collaborate with IT providers and cross-functional teams on progress.
