The role requires deep credit expertise, strong communication skills and a track record of sound investment decisions across investment grade, high yield and loans.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of credit investment experience.
• Experience with leveraged finance and multi-sector credit.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred; CFA designation a plus.
• Knowledge of fixed income product types and investment tools.
• Proven ability to analyze complex issues and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Credit Analysis and Research across issuers, sectors and ratings.
• Recommend investment actions for fixed income securities based on credit risk and research.
• Collaborate with fixed income traders and analysts to identify attractive bonds and loans.
• Document credit recommendations in designated industry sectors.
• Provide pricing guidance to trading desk using quantitative valuation framework.
• Analyze overall financial strength and risk of fixed income issues.
• Monitor credit performance and respond to changing conditions.
• Discuss investments and our investment process with clients and prospects.
• Present sector views at daily credit meetings and support client communications.
