Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Cost Segregation Consultant to classify client assets to accelerate depreciation. The role emphasizes site visits, cost estimating from drawings, and understanding tax depreciation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success.

The position is hybrid, with in-office attendance three days per week, and requires travel up to 40–60% to client sites. Ideal candidates have a related degree and cost segregation experience.

Qualifications

• Cost Segregation preparation experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate or other degree; GPA 3.0+.
• Relevant work experience in construction, design or cost segregation is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to learn and apply concepts.

Responsibilities

• Create positive team member and client experiences.
• Respond to client inquiries and coordinate document requests.
• Travel and perform site visits with clients.
• Review cost segregation study reports and assist with estimates of benefits.
• Research tax issues and communicate findings clearly.
• Interact with team and external vendors; support project life cycle.
