Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Cost Segregation Senior Consultant to join the Fixed Asset and Cost Segregation team. The role focuses on classifying client assets to accelerate depreciation and reduce first-year tax burden, with preference for cost segregation, construction, engineering or estimating experience.

The ideal candidate will be analytical, possess strong problem-solving and people skills, perform site visits, reconcile costs, understand depreciation, and prepare cost segregation study reports.

Qualifications

• Cost segregation preparation experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate or other degree.
• Must have 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Relevant work experience preferred in construction, design or cost segregation.
• Demonstrate leadership, problem solving and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive team member and client experience.
• Respond to client inquiries and coordinate document requests/site visits.
• Travel and perform site visits with client or client representative.
• Prepare and review cost segregation study reports.
• Review client construction or acquisition documents and tax records.
• Interact with team and communicate effectively in written and verbal form.
