Qualifications

• Cost Segregation preparation experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate or other degree.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Demonstrate leadership, problem solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create positive team member and client experiences.
• Respond to client inquiries and coordinate document requests.
• Perform site visits and travel as needed (up to 40-60%).
• Review construction or acquisition documents and property tax records.
• Prepare and review cost segregation study reports.
