Job summary

AutoZone in Memphis, TN is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst, Fixed Assets to ensure US GAAP compliance, manage depreciation and Capex, and support audits. You will coordinate with Tax, Control and Planning teams and work with Mexico teams, including biannual travel.

Responsibilities include reviewing ledger entries, preparing reconciliations, and forecasting fixed asset flows to deliver timely depreciation numbers and accurate reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience acceptable in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for reporting.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and company policies.
• Experience with internal and external audits.

Responsibilities

• Review ledger entries to ensure financial reporting complies with US GAAP and company policies.
• Model, forecast, and manage depreciation and Capex.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations.
• Coordinate with Tax, Control and Planning teams; support audits.
• Collaborate with Mexico teams and travel to Mexico at least every 6 months.
