Job summary

ZT Systems is seeking a Fixed Assets Accountant to manage the global asset base and the end-to-end lifecycle of capital projects, from approval to depreciation and retirements. As the SAP subledger expert, you will ensure capitalization is accurate under US GAAP and supported by strong internal controls.

You will work closely with Tax, Treasury, Operations, FP&A, and External Reporting, lead monthly close activities, and drive process improvements while handling multiple projects in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with PP&E and CapEx investments.
• Excellent Excel and ERP systems experience (SAP/Oracle).
• Ability to work independently and drive process improvements.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of capital projects and fixed assets.
• Perform variance analysis of actual results versus budget/forecast.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP (ASC 360) and company policies.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines for Finance team.
• Act as SAP fixed asset system subject matter expert.
• Prepare monthly close activities including depreciation and rollforwards.
• Support quarterly/annual financial statements and footnote disclosures.
• Maintain SOX-compliant controls around fixed assets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Tax, Treasury, Operations, FP&A, and External Reporting.
• Participate in miscellaneous projects as needed.
