HP Hood, a leading U.S. food and beverage manufacturer, is hiring a Fixed Assets Accountant to maintain and reconcile fixed asset accounts, post journal entries, and prepare PPE schedules.

The position requires advanced Excel, GAAP expertise, and the ability to manage multiple tasks against tight deadlines with minimal supervision. You will support capital expenditure, reconcile asset ledgers to the general ledger, and assist with audits, providing monthly reports for forecasting and year‑end

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fixed assets accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Advanced Excel and adaptability to changing tech.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and reconciles fixed asset accounts and posts journal entries.
• Supports capital expenditure activity and asset capitalization.
• Reconciles fixed asset ledger to the general ledger and prepares reports.
