Job summary

Boldyn Networks in Irvine, CA seeks a Senior Accountant specialized in fixed assets to drive accurate capital accounting and compliant reporting under US GAAP. The role blends project accounting oversight with asset lifecycle management in a hybrid work setting.

You'll partner with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure capitalization accuracy, monthly close rigor, and timely management reporting, while upholding internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or CPA-track preferred.
• 3-5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with Workday or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain end-to-end oversight of capital projects, including setup, budgeting, cost tracking, and closeout.
• Oversee fixed asset accounting including capitalization, disposals, and depreciation.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and project roll-forward schedules during month-end close.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, and FP&A to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
