Fixed Asset Accountant
Salary: $75K-$95K

Key Responsibilities for the Fixed Asset Accountant:
- Maintain fixed asset records and ensure accurate asset tracking across financial systems.
- Process monthly depreciation and prepare related journal entries.
- Reconcile fixed asset balances to the general ledger and resolve variances.
- Manage asset disposals, transfers, and reclassifications, including CIP-to-fixed asset transfers.
- Prepare monthly fixed asset reconciliations and reporting schedules.
- Support financial reporting by maintaining accurate asset data and documentation.
Qualifications for the Fixed Asset Accountant:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of accounting experience with exposure to fixed asset accounting preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting/consolidation platforms; Microsoft Dynamics NAV, JD Edwards, and OneStream are preferred
- Understanding of U.S. GAAP and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
