Tekgence Inc. is seeking an experienced Five9 CCaaS Senior Engineer to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise contact center solutions, including IVR and intelligent routing. The role requires strong Five9 configuration, administration, and integration skills with CRM systems and cloud platforms.

You will create architecture diagrams (HLD/LLD) in Visio and provide robust production support. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Java or Python and is adept at

• Experience configuring, implementing, and administering Five9 CCaaS platforms.
• Strong IVR development, call routing, telephony integration experience.
• Experience with REST APIs and Salesforce CRM/AWS/Azure integrations.
• Experience with voice/digital channels, queues, reporting, and contact center automation.
