Tekgence Inc. is seeking an experienced Five9 CCaaS Senior Engineer to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise contact center solutions, including IVR and intelligent routing. The role requires strong Five9 configuration, administration, and integration skills with CRM systems and cloud platforms.

We are looking for an experienced Five9 CCaaS Senior Engineer to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise Contact Center solutions, including IVR, intelligent routing, telephony integrations, and platform enhancements.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Five9 Contact Center platform configuration, implementation, and administration.

Expertise in IVR development, intelligent call routing, SIP/VoIP, and telephony technologies.

Experience with REST APIs and integrations with Salesforce CRM, AWS/Azure, and enterprise applications.

Experience with voice/digital channels, queues, reporting, and contact center automation.

Ability to create HLD/LLD architecture diagrams using Visio and technical documentation.

Hands-on experience with at least two: Java, .NET, Python, REST APIs, automation frameworks, or cloud technologies.

Strong troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and production support experience.

Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

Five9 certifications.

Salesforce Service Cloud integration.

Workforce Management (WFM/WFO).

Cloud-native architecture and enterprise integration patterns.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
