Montana State University’s Campus Recreation is seeking a Sr. Coordinator of Fitness to lead the fitness program, overseeing group fitness and personal training. The role focuses on operations, staff development, and program quality within Student Wellness at MSU-Bozeman.

The candidate will manage budgets, coordinate certifications, and drive participant engagement while maintaining high safety standards and customer service excellence.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in exercise science or related field.
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• NCCA accredited fitness certification.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of group fitness and personal training programs.
• Develop revenue-generation strategies and recruit/retain clients.
• Supervise group fitness instructors and personal trainers.
• Coordinate staff development and training.
• Assist with budget submissions and purchasing for fitness programs.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and safety.
