Job summary

Exos Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced General Manager in South San Francisco to lead Operations, Fitness, Group Exercise, Membership Services, and Facilities. You will hire, mentor, and evaluate department leads, foster client relationships, and drive key performance metrics while maintaining exceptional customer service.

The role requires a minimum of 7 years in fitness GM roles, a related bachelor’s degree, and proven budget management ability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of General Manager experience in the fitness industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in fitness or business-related fields.
• Direct management experience including staff and accountability for overall programs and services.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive cost controls without compromising quality.

Responsibilities

• Hire, supervise, mentor and evaluate department leads and team members.
• Foster and manage relationships with clients, site members and client departments.
• Drive, track and report on key metrics regularly.
• Provide regular budget reviews and help control costs.
• Demonstrate management effectiveness through onsite supervision and customer care.
