As the senior fiscal and administrative leader, you will oversee multi-source budgets, ensure compliance, and advise the Dean and leadership on resource allocation and sustainability. Collaboration and staff leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, Higher Education Administration, or related field; 4 years of related professional experience.
• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, Higher Education Administration, or related field; 2 years of related professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial planning and budget oversight for the College of Engineering.
• Advise leadership on financial sustainability and resource allocation.
• Lead fiscal staff and develop business processes for accountability.
