You’ll act as a communication bridge between Risk Management and the business units, driving effective risk detection and mitigation. The role emphasizes collaboration, process mapping, and timely updates.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in risk management or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Knowledge of general banking operations and regulatory obligations.
• Experience documenting process maps.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute risk programs and business unit risk activities in adherence with risk appetite.
• Engage with business units to manage risks and controls across risk types.
• Monitor execution of risk policies, procedures, and program requirements.
• Serve as a communication channel between Risk Management and business units.
