Qualifications

• Extensive banking or financial services risk management experience.
• Deep expertise across first line risk and control toolkit.
• Proven ability to set standards and drive remediation.

Responsibilities

• Lead first line issue lifecycle across business verticals.
• Direct risk events capture, triage, and escalation.
• Own RCSA execution across risk units.
• Set first line control standards and oversee control design.
• Partner with business leaders to identify risks early.
• Coordinate regulatory and audit responses.
