CoreWeave is seeking a highly skilled Senior FW Technical Program Manager to lead the New Product Introduction of next-generation GPU/CPU/Storage hardware. This role drives concept to mass production, coordinating hardware and firmware development, design reviews, and risk mitigation to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

You will partner with Product, Hardware Design, Firmware, Software, and Operations teams to align schedules, budgets, and quality metrics, while communicating clear status

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technical program management within the hardware industry, with NPI focus.
• Experience delivering hardware and firmware from concept to mass production.
• Solid firmware development lifecycle understanding (BIOS/BMC/CPLD).
• Strong cross-functional leadership and influence in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end NPI for next-gen DC-SCM hardware and firmware from concept to production ramp.
• Lead FW development, qualification, and release processes.
• Develop program plans, roadmaps, schedules, milestones, and critical paths.
• Partner with Product, Hardware, Firmware, Software, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations.
• Identify risks, mitigate, and resolve technical and logistical challenges.
• Manage progress against timelines, budget, and quality metrics.
• Facilitate design reviews and status updates across stakeholders.
• Communicate status and key decisions to senior leadership.
• Foster transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement in NPI.
• Engage in technical discussions and problem-solving with engineering teams.
